Microwaving frozen spinach in an is a great way to get a nutritional boost, fast. Fresh spinach can be bulky and take up a lot of space — not to mention it goes bad super fast — but frozen spinach is compact and sits happily in your freezer. Microwaving it retains its nutrients better than cooking it on the stovetop.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwaves and home kitchens to make sure they work — and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.
