We adapted Arash’s for keto Chilean Sea Bass to the microwave. (With Anyday, anything is possible!) Buttery sea bass filets are coated with a simple sauce of soy sauce, garlic chili sauce, and rice vinegar and gently cooked to perfection in the microwave. The lid keeps the sauce from evaporating so you’re left with extra flavor goodness.

All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.
